"Mi Vida Loca", y "Costa Amor"

Source: www.BBC.Co.Uk.
Location: My Apartment
Time: 6:00-9pm, with breaks.

Total Time: 2 Hours

I found two very helpful webpages on the BBC's network.

1 - - "Costa Amor" [ Coastal Love]  c. 6:10-6:40pm - 30 Minutes

This is a really funny interactive Spanish comic-strip with English commentary.
It has illustrations, with text in Spanish and English, and then listening buttons to hear the dialogue.
The plot was made up by the editors based on the votes of BBC watchers, so that's pretty cool.
It's a very comical lovestory about a British guy named Dave who falls for a Spanish girl named Carmen,
but their romance is aggravated by a crazy ex-boyfriend, a pyscho girl named Rita, and Carmen's mother.
It's very entertaining!

2 -"Mi Vida Loca" [ My Crazy Life]  c. 6:45-8:45pm - 2 hours

Mi Vida Loca is an interactive online story,
of a person going on a trip from England to Spain.
You can be either a guy or a girl on the trip, and you answer questions and do activities.
You can also talk into it to practice your Spanish!
It was very enjoyable, and has lots of episodes and reference material to help you out.
It is Spanish with a Spain accent, so "s" and "d" sounds are more like "th", but it is still very understandable.
And it's fun! It's like you're THERE on a trip interacting with people. Or part of a movie.
The girl Merche you're spending time with is a journalist working with a biologist,
and she's being followed and harrassed by some shady opposition. It's very intriguing!

The episodes are each about 10-15 minutes long, and I watched the first 10.
